Wouldn't an off-the-shelf CRM be enough?
Sometimes yes — and if that's your case, I'll say so plainly in the initial consultation. Custom pays off when your processes are specific enough that a boxed solution would bend you instead of serving you.
What about our existing Excel data?
I import it into the new app, history included. The transition is planned so the business never stops.
Can a non-technical team handle it?
Yes — I build apps to be simpler than the spreadsheet they replace. Training is part of the handover.
