Aren't our processes too specific for AI?
A good candidate repeats often and follows clear rules — and almost every company has one. Where human judgement and accountability are needed, I advise against AI and say so upfront.
What happens to our data?
It's processed via enterprise APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) that don't train on your data. Sensitive fields can be anonymised before sending, and access logged.
Do we need our own IT department?
No. I build, deploy and operate the automation. You provide process knowledge and feedback.
